Fisk picks the baddest apples in the bunch to form his new Anti-Vigilante Task Force. He meets with his officers in a garage filled with police vehicles.

This is not the real fleet services location for the NYPD, but a large garage in Brooklyn. The key to locating this was the school buses in the lot across the street. That and the plastic sheeting covering one of the two roll-up doors. Consolidated Bus Transit, part of Boro Transit on Snediker Ave at Liberty Avenue in East New York, turned out to be the place.
