As the fourth episode opens, Matt speaks with the coroner about the murder of Hector Ayala. He then speaks with Hector’s niece, Angela.

There have been a couple of different hospitals that allow filming in them for the Netflix shows, but this doesn’t look like any of them. More details will be added as they come to light.
