I couldn’t trouble you for the keys to this fine vehicle, could I?
DAREDEVIL: BORN AGAIN SEASON 1
A pair of men making a delivery to the port in Red Hook are hijacked by members of an Irish mob and killed. In the following episode, Mayor Fisk and his team make a stop at the port to unveil his new plan for rehabilitating the decrepit (and smelly) port. Sheila tells him that he needs to go through the Council instead.
The Red Hook Grain Terminal was used for the exteriors of the Season 1 version of the port. The truck is driving south along the “alley” on the west side of the terminal. This is also the same location used later in the episode where Buck Cashman meets with representatives of the Five Families. However, there is no indication that they are both supposed to be in the same place.
Near the beginning of episode 6, a city worker finds a dead body on the rocks near the shores of Red Hook port, as evidenced by the ship in the background which can be partially seen in the image at the top of the page.
Episode 9 has Frank Castle charging in to attack the Task Force, but getting captured instead. The exterior shot (first image below) was filmed at the Grain Terminal, but it’s unclear if the interior sequence, where Frank is beaten, was also shot here. That appears to be a warehouse, which also appears in Season 2 as part of Fisk’s detention facility.

DAREDEVIL: BORN AGAIN SEASON 2
It’s an all-new Freeport for Mayor Wilson Fisk this season, having been successfully rehabilitated and awaiting shipments.
Warehouse
A brief establishing shot of a warehouse at the port leads into a sequence where Karen (in disguise) takes some files from a longshoreman at a pre-arranged drop point at a local bodega. The port has changed from its dilapidated look in Season 1 to a thriving location guarded by the AVTF.
Episodes 2 and 3 give a much better look at the port as Matt and Karen stake out the area, trying to catch Fisk red-handed with the missing weapons from the Northern Star.
The second episode of the season also revealed that this in-universe location serves as Fisk’s ‘off-the-books’ detention center (seen in episode 1) and the place where the AVTF beat and later executed the captain of the Northern Star.
This building is the same one shown later in the “Fisk Report” satire, as the “evil” warehouse. It’s a different exterior from the one used in Season 1 and was filmed at the Brooklyn Naval Yard. This is the Agger Fish Building, as seen from across the basin, shot from the FDNY Marine 6 lot. The surrounding roads and buildings were used for the prisoner escape during Episode 3.

Bodega
Karen retrieves some classified information from an inside contact. There is nothing in this brief bodega scene that indicates where it may have been shot. Unless behind-the-scenes photos surface showing this filming, the location will probably remain forever unknown.

Detention Center Visitor Room
Jacques Duquesne is interviewed by Heather Glenn for his trial, where truth and law are unnecessary parts of the process. In a later episode, Kirsten McDuffie, Jacques’ lawyer, is allowed to see him. The camera drifts through the window, revealing that this is part of a much bigger warehouse detention center.
The location of this detention center room is a mystery, leading one to believe it’s probably part of a soundstage, using editing to link it into the larger In-Universe world.
Interrogation Center
Achilleo is brought back to this AVTF facility and interrogated vigorously by Officer Powell. Buck shows up, telling the AVTF officer he might get more accomplished with a nice cup of tea.
As with the interrogation room where Jacques was being interviewed in the first episode of Season 2, this warehouse location is unknown. It appears to also be the same location where Fisk is now keeping his political enemies. This may have been filmed in a building at the Naval Yards, but it has yet to be confirmed.
Detention Center
Kirsten is led blindfolded through the warehouse facilities at Red Hook to meet with Jacques. She later recants the trip to Daredevil, and he breaks in to free the prisoners, helping them all escape. At first blush, this appears as if it may be the interior of the Agger warehouse, above. But that has yet to be confirmed.
