You know, Josie keeps a bottle of 20-year-old O’Melveny’s behind the bar.

Tonight, Josie’s Bar is hosting a retirement party for NYPD Officer Cherry. It is rudely interrupted by the arrival of Bullseye, who kills several people at the event. Daredevil shows up to stop the mad marksman, but it’s too late to save some people. Matt returns for a quick chat with Josie and Cherry in episode 8.

For Daredevil: Born Again, the production picked a new location to film the bar sequences. Presumably, it was some place that would let them stage the level of destruction that Bullseye and Daredevil cause, so they found the Capri Social Club in Greenpoint, and the corner of Calyer and Lorimer Streets. Some of the surrounding buildings have been digitally enhanced to make them look more like structures in Hell’s Kitchen. The In-Universe address, as revealed in episode 8, is the corner of 11th and 48th.

Apartments and Stairs

It is assumed that the back stairs and apartments were also shot at this same location. The building is four stories tall, which would allow for the sequence, as filmed.

Rooftop

However, the rooftop most certainly seems like a set on a soundstage. The roof of the Social Club building does not have the same structures as seen on the show, nor does the view seen from the roof equate to the other buildings in the vicinity.
