After his accident, young Matt saves a man not paying attention to traffic. This is none other than Stan “the Man” Lee himself. This scene is an homage to Matt’s original origin, in which saving a pedestrian from a truck filled with chemicals leads to the accident that blinds him.
There’s a 95% chance that this corner is on a Hollywood backlot, either Paramount Studios or Warner Bros. There’s just too little to go on, especially with the deep focus.
