This place doesn’t look like a law office, okay?
Matt heads into his office where secretary Karen reveals that they have an invitation to the Black and White Ball at the Grand Hotel. One of the cut scenes, which appears later, shows Foggy working late and Karen providing him the necessary clue to crack the murder of Lisa Tazio.
Like so many other New York street area shots, this was filmed on one of the many Hollywood backlots. The busy street Matt crosses is the New York Street at Warner Bros Studios in Burbank. The Street View below provides the appropriate angles, showing the columns on the building behind him. The interiors of the law firm are either one of the Warner Bros facades (like Jo’s Coffee Shop) or filmed entirely on the soundstages in Manhattan Beach.
