Matt comes to apologize to Elektra as she lays her father to rest. An extended portion of this scene also includes Matt speaking with Ben Urich about the ongoing murder investigation of Lisa Tazio.

Without a wide shot, it’s difficult to determine exactly which cemetery the production filmed at, or if it’s really a cemetery at all. With as much filming as they did at Paramount Studios, it’s possible this is part of the Hollywood Forever cemetery just north of that lot.
