As the finale for the Lisa Tazio storyline concludes (Director’s Cut only), Detective Manolis finds Wesley drinking in a bar and comes to arrest him.

While there is very little to go on here, this is most certainly the bar inside the Biltmore Hotel, where the Black and White Ball was filmed. The columns behind the bartender are a dead giveaway.
