Deadpool finally manages to track down the Recruiter, who is the last link in the chain before getting to Francis. He finds him inside this Chinatown warehouse, before taking the fight outside.
According to MovieMaps, this interior was shot at the Rice World Supermarket in Vancouver. More specifically, their warehouse behind the actual supermarket.

The Recruiter attempts to run from Deadpool, but the merc catches up to him and diverts the camera from watching what he is about to do.
The action busts out of the Sunrise Market, on Gore Street, just across the street from the interior location above. The distinctive floral mural on the outside of this building made it much easier to track down.
