Carol, Monica, and Kamala realize that the planet Aladna is the next location that Dar-Benn will attempt to destroy, due to the connection between Carol and Prince Yan.

Reports indicated that filming took place in Tropea, which is located in Southern Italy, on the northern part of the “boot.” Aerial shots of the capitol city of Aladna do bear a striking resemblance to the Italian city and the shot of Monica in the surf appears to have been filmed on the beach just below the town.

For shots in the city, especially the fight between The Marvels and Kree forces appear to have been filmed on the backlot of the studio. There was too much stunt work and explosions to have safely filmed those in part of the city.
