After an apparent seizure, Henry takes Maya to Chula’s house so the two can finally talk. At the end of the series, Maya returns to enjoy a meal with her family in the backyard.

This location was found, like many others, in Griffin, GA. It is located on West Broad Street, near the intersection with North 12th Street. The interiors of Chula’s kitchen may have been filmed here, but may have been a soundstage at Trilith Studios.

The last name of the character, which is not spoken or included in the credits, comes from a flashback shot in episode 4 of the hospital bracelet worn by the younger version of the character.
