There is another vault. Considerably larger than the first.

As part of their final plan to discredit Stark, Dottie and Dr. Fennhoff kidnap him at his private hangar and force him to fly the toxic gas into New York City. A flashback shows Dottie, under the alias of Ida Emke, on a date with Stark at his plane vault.

Howard Stark’s collection of cars and planes is housed in Hangar 2 at the Bob Hope/Burbank Airport. A number of the planes, including the Yellow Flying Wing, were borrowed from the Planes of Fame Air Museum in Chino, CA.
