A convoy of vehicles drive into a desert base with munition bunkers evenly spaced out. A Rear-Admiral (hard to tell as the uniform is a mish-mash of Naval insignia) hands a Marine a classified document for the military strike on the Skrulls.
The shot of the convoy is an unknown stock footage clip which was also used in Supergirl Season 1 as the establishing shot for the Desert Base of the DEO. The interior shot of the Admiral and Marine may have been shot at another location used for the show, such as the airfield or maybe wherever the Naval Base was filmed.
