James Rhodes briefs the US President Ritson on the fact that Nick Fury and Maria Hill appear to have gone AWOL.

With the majority of the filming taking place in London and the surrounding areas, access to a White House set was slim. An earlier version of this page believed that the production chose to film at the Senate Building in London, which is an administrative building for the University of London. But further investigation appears that this interior was shot at Heatherton Hall at Pinewood Studios. Their website notes that this location has been used for a “White House” interior previously.
