Agent Ross receives a call from Agent Prescod, who believes that a shapeshifting alien race known as the Skrulls are trying to destabilize and colonize Earth. He might just be correct.

Agent Ross exits a tunnel, ascends some stairs, and then walks around a building before entering it. These places are all part of the Den Clough Mill complex in Halifax, UK. The building that Ross enters is the Crossley Mill Building on the East side of the mill complex. The tunnel and stairs’ precise location is unknown, but they both appear to be consistent with the architecture of the location.
