Alexei drives the family through a 1995-version of a town, complete with a Burger King, McDonald’s and Hardee’s.
It is by sheer luck that this location was discovered. It seems so insane with an Exxon and a Shell, near a Burger King, McDonald’s and a Hardee’s. But it does exist. It’s a small stretch of road in Forsyth, GA on Cabiniss Rd, between Patrol Rd and I-75. There was some digital manipulation to make the signage look of the appropriate 1995 vintage, but other than that, it’s very much the same.
