Madripoor looks even cooler in the rain.
Sam, Bucky, and Zemo hop in a car that transports them to the part of low-town where they can get some information. It heads down a rainy highway towards the center of the city. Later, the same road is used when Sharon drives the gang to her apartment in High Town.
The production turned Atlanta into the city-state of Madripoor, with this sequence being shot on GA-400 (the T. Harvey Mathis Parkway) just south of Buckhead and heading towards the parking structure of the Atlanta Financial building. Eagle-eyed viewers will notice the green interstate sign, with the Georgia state logo on it in the background.
