Much of the action in Venice takes place at this famous bridge. Mysterio saves the day from water elemental as Spider-Man tries to help.
The above shot is the only shot in the movie filmed at the real Bridge. All the rest of the views of the bridge and surrounding buildings were rebuilt as an outdoor set at Leavesden Studios.

A large portion of the Ponte de Rialto and the Venice canals were recreated in the tank at Leavesden Studios for the stunts and special effects needed. The alley Peter walks out of is part of this set, as it has an entirely different length and architecture from the real alley (Calle del Fontego dei Tedeschi) at this location.
