The class gets “upgraded” into a fancy hotel in Prague. In reality, Nick Fury has re-routed them to help keep Peter closer to potential threats.
The fancy Carlo IV hotel in Prague served both as the exteriors and the main floor of the upgraded hotel.

The rooms and upstairs hallway were not filmed in Prague. According to production designer Claude Paré the “hotel’s second floor was shot in a country club in London.” Unfortunately we just haven’t figured out which one.
