It’s the city that never sleeps.
The production included numerous establishing shots of the city in order to sell the idea that Spider-Man is really part of New York City.
All of these shots of New York are of Manhattan, including the Oscorp Tower (above) at 200 Park Ave, right at Grand Central Station (the location of the MetLife building in real life). The images below are annotated appropriately.

Looking East over train yards at Hudson River, with the New Yorker building in the background.
Looking south over 6th Ave and Herald Square.
Looking southwest through midtown towards Oscorp Tower. 601 Lexington is the sloped roof on the right.
Looking west into the Financial District.
Spider-Man swinging down some New York street at night.
Looking down on Broadway at Columbus Circle.
