Isn’t that that guy from that prison break?

Marko is spotted by a couple of cops on W 38th St. He jumps into the back of a truck containing sand, disappearing from the officers. He eventually discorporates and flies off down the street.

This sequence was one of the few not shot in New York, but in downtown Los Angeles instead. W 38th St is actually W 5th Street at Spring Street in Los Angeles, which is a popular area for films, including the Spider-Man trilogy.
