This is Detective Neil Garrett from the 32nd Precinct.
Captain Stacy works out of the 32nd Precinct, where Peter and Aunt May meet with him to discover that Dennis Carradine was not the man that killed Uncle Ben, but his accomplish–Flint Marko.
The exterior of the police station is unknown at this time. While identified as the 32nd Precinct in dialogue, the sign above the door indicates that it’s the 9th (or possibly 19th) Precinct. The interiors were filmed on a Soundstage.
