Young Reed Richards would learn on this day that he has an aptitude for science, but also for being reckless. His Biomatter Shuttle worked, but ended up blacking out the entire neighborhood.

The house and garage where young Reed grew up are bathed in endless possibilities. They appear to be houses straight out of the Brooklyn area, but that cannot be, as the production filmed elsewhere, in the city known as Baton Rouge. It is certainly possible that these apparent exteriors were built as facades at the film studio where the production filmed.
