Doom and Ben grapple out of the window of his skyscraper, landing in a rooftop pool. The fight floods the top of the building, and the combatants are spilled into a garbage truck on the street below. The fight moves to the intersection next to this building as the rest of the Fantastic Four battle to stop Doom.

This is a continuation of the weird geography of the film. The intersection that was used for this final battle is at Burrard Street and W Hastings in Vancouver, just outside the Marine Building, which was used as the Baxter Building. It seems intended that after falling out of Von Doom’s tower, Ben and Victor are supposed to be near the Baxter Building. A street sign seen during the bus crash indicates this is along E 58th Street, which would be closer to Reed’s skyscraper.

Regardless, the building that Ben and Victor fall into is the Douglas Jung Building at 401 Burrard Street. The skylight and pool were added digitally to the rooftop.
