They say Elektra whispers in your ear before she kills you.

A snowy, dark residence is where Elektra takes her first job. She eliminates a dozen guards before killing Mr. DeMarco (in an uncredited cameo from Jason Isaacs) in front of his fireplace.

The brief establishing shot of the exterior of this property is a digital matte painting, but what it’s based on is still unknown. That initially distracted me from finding the interiors of this massive northwestern-style mansion. The interiors of the residence look very similar to the house Elektra is in later, which also added some confusion. The similarity is due to both locations having been designed by the same architect, Brian Hemingway. DeMarco’s residence is the Furry Creek Golf & Country Club, south of Squamish, along the Sea to Sky Trail. Details of the interior design can be found on the architect’s website, here.
