That’s him. That’s Bullseye.
Bullseye arrives in New York and immediately leaves a body dead in an alley (a brief cameo by Marvel writer/artist Frank Miller). He steals the man’s motorcycle and rides off to do his job.
Nighttime alley’s are difficult to pinpoint at the best of times, and this alley has no single element to help unveil its location. It’s most certainly in Los Angeles, but whether that’s downtown or on the east side remains to be seen.
