Mary Jane is confronted by Harry/New Goblin and forced to break up with Peter. Later, Peter views Mary Jane in her apartment, but walks off on his own. Moments after that, she emerges and is kidnapped by Venom.

Mary Jane’s apartment building is at 264 Court St in Brooklyn. The “Stuyvesant Cinema” across the street is really the Cobble Hill Cinemas, which is currently playing On the Waterfront and The Bridge on the River Kwai.
