We have a warrant for the arrest of Peter Parker.

Based on the images of the entrance, and the window Peter climbed in, the building appears to be 43-15 46th St, Long Island City. But other shots, including helicopter and “news footage” uses the corner building, 43-1 46th St, Sunnyside.

Peter and May have moved since Spider-Man: Homecoming, where their apartment was located at 43-25 43rd St, Long Island City.
